These terms govern your use of SpawnDroid. By creating a workspace or using any part of the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may do so.
The service
SpawnDroid boots Android devices in the cloud and streams them to your browser so you can run and share APKs. The service is offered on a Free plan today, with paid plans to follow. Features may change while the product is in early access.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and keeping your API keys secret.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter this agreement.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may only upload apps you have the right to run. You must not use SpawnDroid to distribute malware, to attack or probe other systems, to bypass platform protections, or to run anything unlawful.
- No attempts to escape the sandbox or access the underlying host.
- No cryptocurrency mining, spam, or resource abuse.
- No uploading content that infringes someone else's rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of the APKs and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
Free plan and fair use
The Free plan includes a monthly streaming-minute allowance. Devices are shared infrastructure: sessions may be reaped when idle, and we may limit concurrency to protect the platform. We may adjust allowances with notice.
Availability
We aim to keep SpawnDroid available but do not promise uninterrupted service during early access. Features, limits, and the underlying runtime may change.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you rely on any build you run here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpawnDroid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using SpawnDroid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the platform. On termination, your builds and sessions are removed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email engineering@spawndroid.io.
